Self-care can come in many shapes and forms. It can be hanging out with girlfriends or doing a spa day for yourself. Or it can be as easy as walking slower or taking a bath with your phone in airplane mode.
Remember this is something you give yourself.
Don’t rely on your man or anyone else to give you self-care.
Allow your body the time to slow down to heal or get back in touch with you. When you start to slow down in life, things start happening that you were not aware of before. You see, they were always there but you might not have noticed them.
And like they say, you have to believe in magic (and slow down!) to see it.
